Definitely! Doesn't run either. And I paint awful! Start out slow and smooth and get impatient by the second wheel and just pile it on haha.

because some people people cruise forums looking for cars in the same state as them looking to steal them. you can look up the address of the person through the license plate. having had cars stolen before, i tend to hide my license plate online.

Does that really even happen? I would think car thieves would take the easy mark and just jack the car they see in person. I think it would be way too much work to track down a car, even an expensive one, compared to just stealing it from your driveway or parking lot on a random pick. Whatever, some people like to whisper their SSN when I run credit for them, because they are paranoid the guy standing at the next register is listening in at that exact moment, ready to write down all the info. Paranoia make people do some wacky things.

And you have to have a pretty good police hookup to get an address from a plate. Leave your tin foil helmets at home folks

Before I bought my Subaru, I had a pos vw, The rims were a dingy black so I dipped em, they lasted for a long time even through weekly car washes. and it looked very good. I will admit that I did curb the car and tore it off though

Ya, not a fan but then again it's your car. I'm sure people hate the blue lug nuts on my car and the painted black roof on my buddies. That's the beauty of it being your car

Yea, but im on the fence with it.

I dont like the stock look... too big, red, chromey, bubbly, but this kinda looks like eye liner... idk...

at least it peels off easy lol

plasti dip is the real win here lol

I like them, but maybe I am a little biased since I was the first one to dip the tails on the '12 hatch...

http://forums.nasioc.com/forums/show...&postcount=103

But, to be honest, there is a lot of stuff done on this thread and other threads that I would hate to do to my car, but I keep my mouth shut and let people do what they want to their own cars. Someone posting up that they think something looks bad is not going to make that person change it...

I love how the matte finish brings out the contours on the widebody.
