Default EJ20H swap for a Chevy Metro(Help + Project Updates)

so it has begun... as the title says I am going to be swapping the little I3 for a EJ20H from a Subaru Legacy with the twin seq turbo's...
I have already bought the engine and transmission. I have taken some measurements and the only part I should need to major fabrication is the center console witch needs to be razed about 3".

I managed to nag myself a service manual and most the parts i need i could just bolt right into my metro with a few new holes for nuts and bolts

ok so the part where I need help...

will the ECU from any other manual turbo EJ work or do i need a more specific ECU

And idk if the manuals I have include vacuum tube placement and everything because some of them on the engine are cut...

I will be posting some photo's tomorrow of my engine and my car
