Do the factory 2008 legacy gt metal stem tpms work on the 530's? I'm getting ready to mount mine tomorrow.

hey guys

i picked up my xxr 530's in 18x8.75 +35 today for my 2006 wrx STI, i went to test fit them and the front doest fit looks like i need to run either a 3mm or 5mm spacer upfront to clear the brembo's...if i do run a 5mm spacer is it still going to be safe? i might just purchase some slip on spacers tomorrow so i can get them on, but realistically should i be looking into some hub centric 5mm spacers and extending my lug nuts or???

just need some advice, xxr's arnt that big in australia so hard to get advice over here

thanks

dan

Have to agree, Colin05wrx's car looks awesome.. I love the silver.

I've been looking through this thread and haven't quite found the answer I'm looking for so I'm just gonna ask here, what would be needed to make 18x8.75 527's et20's fit on my 04 WRX? I'm at stock suspension now, coilovers are in the near future but probably after the wheels. Would I be able to fit them at stock height with no rubbing or will I have to roll a little?

I believe even with stock suspension you will need a roll. I would suggest getting the coilovers first, get your fenders rolled then get the wheels and you will need to also run some negative camber with the +20 offset

You will need to roll. Should be okay. What size tires? I have 530s 18x8.75 +35 with 245/40-18 on my bug and a roll was all I needed to do, actually that's a lie. I also have 3mm spacers and since I have rally armor mud flaps I had to cut down the inside screw spacer so the tires would clear the screws when turning the wheel.

My bad...though you were +35 but you are +20 so more work will need to be done. Probably a pull as well.

Nah, I just found the image on google images when I was searching XXR 521 18x10.
So, I think they came with the same setup as the Dodge Neon SRT-4. FWD though from what I remember. Super disappointed about that, since the non-SRT Caliber comes AWD. Oh well. Still looks incredible. Only thing I'd change is that hideous Dodge grille. Car looks really great other than that.
