Ive never done my plugs before so i have some questions. how important is it to note where each connector and coil pack came from? does it really matter or can you just throw them in there

Finally found this video!

I've been searching for awhile for some sort of Subaru specific instructions for changing out my plugs. I'm ~4k miles over my 30k plug change.
Has anyone tried this on a 2009 2.5i? Any issues?
I want to know as much as I can before I start unplugging and removing and such.

It shouldn't be that much different for your 2.5i. Did you manage to do it yourself?

But dang, this looks like a lot of work for plugs (I come from I4's and V6's

). Wondering what the need for dielectric grease is on the coil pack boots? I've never put that grease on any of my spark plug changes in my other cars.
