Well I finally have the bugeye to my house so that I can work on it again. Moving is such a pain in the butt. Having been stuck in a sideyard since June, it had started to sprout some light in the driver's floor well.

-I went ahead and made a nice boric acid bath (Borax and water) and cleaned it all out. Used a garden sprayer to spray down the cloth sections and minimized plastic overspray.
-I wiped/washed down plastic parts.
-I let it hotbox for a day and then air out.
-Vacuumed it all up.

Now back to details of the engine.

Sorry about the big delay guys. I've been swamped with a few new products at 3MI Racing...my own car has been a bit neglected but finally got a moment to pull the old engine out yesterday, again. I had to put it back in before I moved

Ironic timing. Finally ripped down the old dead 2.0 last night and found some 'awesome' water damage...so I'm going to stick with the heads and make rebuilding them part of the build now. I wasn't planning on sharing pics until I have both the before and after.

2.1L has been decided as yet another set of my own destroked pistons had to go out the door (3rd time

) for a customer. So, a 2.1L should finally be coming together...finally.
