MAIC...recommend me a fence guy (a repairer of fences and fencing and stuff)

As some of you may know, I have left the MAIC, but still have some gloriously underwater property that is my ball and chain to the swampy aired MAIC (it is located in Bristow...which is near Manassasssss).

That ball and chain of property needs a gate repaired. The post is split and it sags. So, I'm guessing it needs a new post. The fence it is attached to also needs to be stained.

Who do you recommend?

I want someone I can trust, since the only person to oversee the work will be my tenant.

CN: SCIC convert needs hand holding...mildly insults MAIC for weather (how predictable)
