I was definitely impress with the quality of them and I have no complaints and they are bright as hell. That pic does them no justice so i'll post some pics of mine just for reference for anyone who is looking at them. All I'm saying is that just because they were on ebay doesn't automatically make them junk and some people offer their bad opinions (which is fine with me as I'm not going to argue), but they don't have any way of backing it up. I bought these because I didn't want to blow $600-700 on used jdm's when I'm just as happy with these. Again all my opinion. Anyways enough rambling here are some pics:
Do you have a daylight pic of them on the car?

Default JDM s202 grill

Where is the best place to get a s202 grill. I'm afraid to get one off ebay for fear of a replica. Would kill to know where to get a real one.

Thanks,

Will

all you do is rough cut your lexan to the glass shape. tape it on then set up some halogen lamps around them. do a couple of heat cycles of this and they will hold the shape... somewhat. it's not perfect but that's what the cool CnC'd NASCAR bracing is for.

there is a company across the pond that makes kits for our cars by the way...

been doing that for 30+ years

It's a clamp-style tower and it's tough to get them to stay put. If just too much pressure is cranked down or if the foot is on just the right(wrong) part of the pillar, they WILL dent. Learned that the hard way.

s202 grille is the exact same as jdm sti, with a s202 emblem instead of sti emblem. maybe you could just swap emblems? personally, there is little point sourcing an authentic s202 grille because i would just take the s202 emblem off anyway...

unless i actually had a s202 of course

that being said, i have seen a few come up for sale here in the classifieds and also on ebay. these two options = your best bet

yes i kinda do... i was looking at the prodrive uk300 spoiler which is slightly comparable in shape but it looks strange to me from some angles, i was thinking the s203 spoiler might look better

sometimes after a really long and rewarding ride, you'll forget that the bike is ontop and drive directly into the garage. brake a seat, seatpost, and seat clamp (which btw my frame is ruined because my seat clamp is built into the frame), and with the force of the bike pushing down on top quarter panels.

here's my good side. i usually mount my bike on the passenger side and the worst damage is over there

Just a heads up... I've seen a few hot rod shows on powerblock Sunday... Where a line was scored with a glass cutting tool, an equivalent to lighter fluid was doused onto the glass, and then set on fire. He let it sit for just a few seconds and then began to pry the glass in a folding manner, back and forth (or up and down). Said he'd be doing it for years. They chopped an old truck, so maybe it was "trucks" and you can find the episode and order it.

Side note: seems like a PITA with the rear defroster. Too tedious for me.

I have to say, those lights don't look too bad. I wish I would have found them before I did my retrofit of my stock lights. It would have saved me a lot of work. Oh, well.

SEE everyone, they look good. I do have extra bezels and bowls to do a retrofit, this gives me room to mess up I just need new housings and lenses. Gotta weigh the pros and cons.

300$ + 100$ for the HID conversion on those lights.

OR

80ish for bugeye headlights + 300 for projectors and maybe materials. Around the same cost.
