I can't wrap my head around a 722 lbs raw bench. Unpossible!

Don't you have a 700lb raw bench? Shouldn't be that hard to wrap your head around, someone being able to bench a mere 22lb more than you.

That's just it. I know how hard it was for me to hit 700 lbs on bench. I can't imagine anyone doing more than me.

Compared to my phenomenal bench, my deadlift sucks.

Foam Rolling & Warm-ups

Deadlifts
135 x 5 - hook grip
185 x 3
230 x 5
275 x 5
315 x 5
365 x 5 - felt like my thumb pads were about to rip off.
405 x 5 - belt & mixed grip
430 x 5 - PR

BW = 200.5 lbs <- beer & pizza made a man of me once again.

Hit my workout during lunch, so I had to cut it short and miss out on assistance work. Hoping to get it done this evening.

Five months later progress. It may not look like a lot of difference (not helped by the change of location and lighting), but I've put on a lot of muscle while maintaining about the same weight as before. In fact, I bounced up to 240 for a while there, but now I'm dropping a pound or two a week, which I'm really glad to see.

Started Crossfit back in August, which was neat and all, but I'm having way more fun attending their barbell club. Power and Olympic lifts are a blast. I'm focusing on getting at least 30 minutes of running in between the three days that I lift now.

Lol sorry, I'm just surly over this nagging shoulder injury that seems to be getting worse. Hopefully squats and ohp cures it tonight.

Nice progress, keep up the good work. I haven't looked at progress pics in a while, but to me it looks as if you added mostly fat between the third and fourth pics. Don't take it the wrong way, you've certainly made excellent progress, but dial in your nutrition now and get lean! (If that's what you're goal is)

Thanks! Trust me, it's the lighting and pose change. In pic 3, there's not much muscle beneath the flab. Not true with pic 4. Gut overhang and man-boobs are also on their way out.

Really starting to dial in the nutrition and workouts. I'm expecting to see big changes in the next six months.

On a different note, what's your guys opinions of these wrist wraps? I tried some standard Rogue ones, and I found them really damn bulky and uncomfortable. These are highly recommended by some of the guys at my Crossfit gym, but we all know how the air is up there...

Can't wait for my Rogue shoes to get in next week.

I've got both the classic black and red Rogue wraps and a pair of strength wraps. I find the support much better with the elastic Rogue wraps, but the flexibility while they are on isn't as good, so there seems to be actually a place for both in my bag. overhead or pressing work, snatches, etc. I tend to reach for the rogues and cinch them pretty tight. Front rack stuff, cleans, front squats, I tend to use the strength wraps more, and I can't really get them as tight as the Rogues. Although lately I've been using the elastic Rogues for about everything.
