While this feels excessive, I hope he gets every penny. If it does stop him from etting future jobs, I don't think he would miss out on $2.2mil worth of income. If he gets it all or just 6 figures I'll be jealous.

if the $ 2.2 mil will become reality, how big will be his lawyer cheque, 25% or 50%?

As far as ruining job chances, I have to wonder if I've been affected in the same way, as my name is kinda rare, but common enough that others do exist. There's another guy with my name that was charged with assault and battery, that appears every time I check the public state records. I hope that guy's actions hasn't resulted in my resume getting tossed in the garbage
