haha. My friend worked at a sign shop. We literally googled the emblem, and the traced it out with his program, googled a wrc rally car, measured my car and matched it up. Then he had a cutting plotter and we just had to take out the "drop" cuts. Me and him applied it ourselves. Its doable!

Haha, I don't think I ever owned a BOS treated SnG but Mick and Duane do make kick @$$ blades...I would love to get a SnG CC one of these days if I ever stop spending money on the car..Lol!

Looks like you need to play with your cutter settings^ It shouldn't be pulling up the edges of the L like that.

It wasn't my cutter settings, it was the shotty scrap vinyl I used to cut this test piece out.

This wouldnt be caused by vinyl either. This sticker looks like a quick live trace/ live paint job from illustrator to convert a .jpg into a vector file for the machine to cut. All sharp edges are rounded and uneven, definitely a live trace job.

+1 I was thinking the same thing. I've had stuff like that happen to some of my designs. But I've never been desperate enough to cut them without fixing them.
