Hi everyone. I put some ELH on my car last night along with a tial 38mm ewg, and GS uppipe. I was running this off of spring pressure and have a tune coming soon, however, something happened today while driving.
The car threw 2 codes P0108 (MAP) and P0244 (Wastegate). Reset them and the car never shot them back. I was building boost just fine and the EWG opened as usual. However, this time it just cut out. My AEM boost gauge is now reading 0. No vacuum, no boost. When I do drive it I can hear the turbo spinning, but when I let off it almost sounds like compressor surge? I've also seen the term BOV flutter tossed around, but I'm not sure on that. The car has a full exhaust on it, CAI, EBCS, ewg, and forge BPV. I assumed as soon as it happened that I blew a line off of something, but upon inspection I couldn't find any. Any suggestions would be great. Thanks, Ryan

Check the intercooler. The one on my 2011 wrx split. I thought it was a vacuum line on mine as well.

EDIT: I suppose it is possible, but I'm only running 16psi on this tune...I don't feel that it is enough to crack it? I certainly could be wrong though. |

No just need a tune it for it or you will continue to throw these codes your map sensor is probly set at 400 and you need it at 500 esp now that its getting colder out there is more chance for boost spikes.
