i already have the parts and technically could this myself. but i got side tracked today and don't have access to a lift for the bushings.
Looking to get a cobb short shifter and bushings installed... Prefer eastern MA. if you know of a good shop - that knows Subbies - PM me or e-mail. Thanks

I did it with some jack stands. Its super easy. The first real thing I did myself. Don't really need to be that high. Just enough to crawl under it.

Yeah, i threw it up on the ramps and voila. It was a pain in the ass though. 4hrs from start to finish because the rear bushing is a bitch to get on w/o removing the cross-member and heat shield. Why? Because i couldn't find my 12" adjustable wrench to take off the o2 sensor.. Then i realized i could have unplugged it right near where the front bushings are. ![]() Oh well, saves me a trip to the auto hobby shop. |

Alberto from Motive approached me in the parking lot at work around the corner from his shop a couple months ago. Seemed like a cool guy. I'll give him a shot at my DP install next month - especially after Kaizen just quoted me $300 for the job. That's pretty high right? I was thinking half that much.
