Default 04 wrx motor into an 02 wrx

hello guys i think i might have finally killed my 02 wrx motor with 204k miles. doing a compression check Monday but i have a really bad misfire on cyl. 4 that refuses to go away. luckily for me my boss's nephew just totaled his 04 wrx, and even better he is selling me the entire car for 800 bucks. so my question is is there anything i have to do to swap the motors over? or is it a plug and play kind of swap?

Basically the same car.

Where was the donor car hit? If it was a front hit that engine may be toast. Does it start and run?

my buddy rear-ended someone. the plastic timing cover is cracked but the cam gear and timing belt are in perfect shape.

would the wiring harness and everything else switch over or would i have to re-use the harness off of my motor?
