Default how much will my toe be affected

I recently had an alignment done and the negative camber I had didn't change much at all. The alignment shop said they set it as far positive as possible but my tires are still leaning in. The rear left is at -3.1 and the rear right -2.1.The car appears to be sitting .5" lower on the left side with my coil overs which I believe is the problem.

My question is if I raise it .5" to match the other corners will my toe change enough to require another alignment? I don't want my tires to wear unevenly

yes, you will need to get another alignment to realign the toe. And a .5" height difference shouldn't cause camber to be off a whole degree. take it to a shop that knows what they are doing.

ANY amount of toe can cause premature tire wear.

Why is it too low?

What would cause this camber problem? Not sure what shop around me knows about lowered cars.....

it aint about knowing lowered cars, its about knowing how to do your job as alignment tech.

the camber problem is due to either something being bent/broken, or a lazy alignment tech. I would venture to say its the latter.

there is no way to get -3.1* in back if it isnt too low

unless something is bent/broken

My car is lowered to a wheel arch height of 25.5" and my camber didn't pass -2.2*... Sadly, the only things that will cause excessive negative camber in the rear are bent struts, or being to damn low (unless your car has rear camber bolts or strut hats and you haven't got them installed properly).

I was able to get my rear camber around -1.4* with camber bolts only.

I could/can get -2.5 in the front or rear of my car if I wanted, stock bolts, coilovers and camber plates.. I ran -2.2 all the way around when I was lower..

I've helped every alignment tech do every alignment on my car to this point... just letting someone "go" on my rig isn't in the cards... That and it's a 2 person job to get it right BECAUSE there is so much adjustment..

I literally hold the wheel and the tech tightens the bolts till we get it right.. (@-0.9 now all the way around after raising the car up and not NEEDING it)

Something is either WRONG, or the tech wasn't up to par... either way, I would have been there had it been my car.. (jus sayin)

The wheel arch on that particular corner measures 24.5" and the rest are at 25". Id like to raise that side up a half inch and go from there. Just hoping I can make everything even in the rear without paying for another $75 alignment. Since the tech probably didn't know what he was doing maybe I could adjust it then take it back there and pretend its pulling or something so they will realign my toe for free?

wont make any difference

these cars are 'off' by that much when they are properly corner balanced anyway

If the tires don't wear funny, it's only astetic.. so up to you..

If the tires are wearing funny because something is off, then it's totally within reason to fix whatever might be wrong...

Having it put on corner scales will tell a tale I'm sure... It'll cost ya, but it'll be worth it..

That's if somethings not bent/broken as suggested above...

I will have to check out that corner in depth but im almost positive nothing is bent or broken. What is a corner scale and where can I take my car to get it put on one?
