Default Digital Volt Gauge

Has anyone installed a volt gauge next to the cigarette lighter in a impreza sedan. It has that cover that can hide the change holder and the cigarette lighter. So again has anyone seen someone put a digital volt gauge where that change holder is. I know that holder pulls out very easily i just would like to be able to hide the gauge when i dont want to see it. Thanks for any help

I have ... however it's not a volt gauge but a I/C temp gauge. I was thinking about installing a volgt gauge next to it but then again i figure these are kind of useless in my setup and ran out of room anyways.

Nvm the white foam ... temporary stuff to hold the gauge in place.

I'm still looking af an OEM "aux" in port that replaces the ashtray so i have a flat face to make the cutout in for the gauge. Like this:

Unfortunatly these are hard to come by ... especially in europe.

Very cool you did a nice job with that and it's exactly what I want to do. Thanks for posting

Koso North America Super Slim Volt Meter BA024BOO : Amazon.com : Automotive

I know they sell it for motorcycles however it fits my needs. My question is will this work with a car battery I'm not sure if bikes use the same type of battery. Thanks for your help

Pretty clear cut should I install a permanent Volt Gauge or just get one that can be plugged into a Car Lighter. Thoughts?
