I hate to be that guy but I'm not sure many people would be cross shopping the VA Beach area with Ellicot City, Maryland.

I purchased my 2009 Impreza from Casey in april and I had a printout of the car with stock number and everythin. went in to purchase and they all of a sudden upped the price 5k and was dead set to sell it for that till I pulled out the printout with the internet price. So they honored it reluctantly, then had to have brake work done a month later was told take few hrs and all was under warranty. Three days later and a rental they only replaced the rear and not all four as I requested and tried to charge me for parts. I'm still under warranty but I will never go back to Casey..... Perry is much better and cheaper.

When I was buying my WRX I went to casey because they were local. I went in there with my finances all set up completely prepared to buy that after noon. They treated me like I was the lowest of the low. I told them I was military and explained to them my situation, that I had just recently hydrolocked my car. I was driving a rental looking to get into a car ASAP. I told them I had already set up my finances. This could have been the easiest sale of their lives. I had already setup the loan with USAA.

They friggin accused me of being a drug dealer. Literally accused me of being a drug dealer, started spouting off, where's the money coming from. Wanted me to log in and display my finances. I told them flat out, that's enough, they're not getting a dime of my money.

Drove down to Perry Subaru. 5 minutes on the lot I was test driving a WRX. 2 hours later I drove away. Easiest sale of my life. They didn't bull**** me not once. Didn't try to upsell me, treated me like a human. They had fantastic support. Completely painless. I always recommend them now. The extras are pretty nice too, free touch ups, oil changes, etc.

The funny part of it all, for weeks after I left casey, they kept calling me asking if I wanted to come back in. **** those guys. Treated me like I was dirt, you don't boldly accuse customers of being criminals and then expect them to come back. Keep in mind, this was only about 2 months ago.

I only buy oil filters and crush washers there, but now I shop Fred Beans for them.

They tried to charge me $800 to fix my a/c. They said the highside line was bad. I decided to just work it myself and the problem was just a 30 cent o-ring. Also tried to charge me $180 for an alignment...? Scammers imo.

Salesmen and mechanics have been rude to me but parts guys are cool.

I like Perry. I bought my WRX from there this year.
Great people, great service. I didn't feel pressed to do anything at any point.
And they worked with me on price etc.

I and wife had bad experience with Casey dealerships in past. I will not buy from them.
Beginning of the year they had 2012 WRX sedan, premium, not limited! on the lot, priced at 39 or 37k! I asked sales guy if it was a joke!
He said because its limited and has extra options; it was trunk liner, maybe short shifter and something else pretty insignificant.

Default Casey Subaru Sucks

Casey Subaru SUCKS do not go there!
Here is why:

1) They are the only VA dealership that marks up both the WRX and STI $3K-$5K over MSRP

2) They are the only VA dealership that does not post WRX and STI prices on the internet.

3) They treat you like your stupid and use the oldest sales pitches that everyone already knows are BS.

4) You might get a good salesman...but if you do, he will usually hand you off to a trainee who has yellow, broken, rotten teeth (NO LIE), who when you sit there and say "Come on cut out the sales pitch and give me the price", his reply will be "I can see you have alot of car purchasing experience sitting there all tough and cool" LOL! NO LIE Oh, he claimed he sold 2 cars a day, worked there 8 months, yet he didnt know what VA sales tax is.

5) Each salesman will go to their manager 100 times, they cannot do anything themselves.

6) Even if you show a internet print out of a similar car at another VA dealership at a much lower advertised price they will not match it.

7) One of the sales managers is so rude and unprofessional, that I would not buy a car there if it was free.

8) Not military friendly....they look at the military as young guys with fat wallets with no brains and try to rip them off.

I have a feeling, Casey does not know about his dealerships reviews.
I meet him in the past, and it seems to me, like he would care more about these reviews. But who knows....
I agree 100%, Casey Subaru sucks. I wen't there and I would never buy car from them. We had bad experience with their other dealerships too.

I'm kind of a reclusive ******* in real life. But seriously, we don't have a word count limit on the forums so there's really no excuse to not type properly.
