Default Andy's Auto Sport

Just wanted to post my experience. I've never purchased anything from Andy's Auto Sport before, but I can surely say I never will again. I was under the impression Andy's held inventory and sold from their own warehouse(s) or distribution center(s). I ordered a simple strut tower bar more than two weeks ago, and just realized 2 days ago that I never got it. Curious, I sent an email to customer service requesting status - fully expecting to receive back a tracking number letting me know it's on its way. Nay. I got back a message stating that Andy's "vendor" had not yet shipped the item and they would keep me posted when their vendor shipped it. After replying back and asking for a better answer after two weeks of non-shipment, Andy's wasn't sure when it would ship and advised they have no control over their vendors.

So there you have it. I'm not upset or anything, I just know I won't be purchasing anything from them again.

Update: Got an email today letting me know their vendor was out of stock and couldn't fill my order anytime soon, offered a refund. What a waste of time.

A good rule to go buy.... If they sell a ton if ricer stuff, probably worth staying away from.

Know a guy that bought a pair of side skirts from them for a escort zr2 and they sent him the wrong ones and wouldn't fix the problem. Guy had to modify the side skirts that were made for a four door to fit a 2 door. This was back probably in 2004 area I believe and I have always stayed away from them.
