Fraud seller Subywrx22

I'm posting this here so that buyers need to be aware of this seller. I purchased his so called heatshield last month and still have not received anything from this seller. He told me that he sent it by USPS. That was a month ago. I understand if the package was sent and not received it 1 1/2 week but a month it's straight up bs. I know how USPS works. Especially from pa to va doesn't take that long unless shipped parcel. And at the same time the seller doesn't give proof that he sent it. No tracking conformation of some sort. Always say he'll get back to me but I'll always end up pm'ing him and gives me the runaround. If I don't receive anything from him in the next week I'll definitely give him a negative feedback and ban his name from this forum. I am too a seller but I make sure that buyers get for what they pay and make sure that the buyers are 100% satisfied withthe stuff I sell.

By the way you have to pay extra for Tracking when shipping USPS which most people opt out on. I only ship relatively cheap stuff through USPS for the extra reason that they aren't nearly as reliable as Fedex or UPS and if I do have to cover an item legitimately lost to save my reputation I'm not out more than $50.

When people buy from someone a good seller wil always treat his customer right. A delivery confirmation proves that and it makes the buyer feel more safe and trust is earned

Not if you ship Priority Mail. Tracking is free with USPS Priority. And even First Class has free delivery confirmation if purchased online.

Sounds like the user Nellus from Portland. She 'sent' me a fender, didn't give me tracking. Excuse after excuse I get my money back. After everything she says, "it was almost to your house too". How is something almost anywhere. Lies are horrible, don't deal with her.

I'm just glad it was her mother's account. Her mother was as shocked as I was lol.

If you used your credit card, you can dispute it with credit card company even though you sent it as gift using Paypal. You cant dispute in Paypal though.

I warned a couple people about this guy. His old screenname was cbeaston. After he accumulated a -3 itrader score he created a new screenname. He screwed me and at least two others on married, broken APs. I got my money back from paypal. Not sure how the other faired. He's about 18 y/o, has his mom take everything to the post office for him, and I only figured out the screenname change bc when i texted him about a part he wanted to buy from me it came up in my phone as the original scammer name.

Bottom line is NEVER SEND PAYMENT AS A GIFT.

If anyone ever ask me to send payment as a gift I tell them deals off.
It's one thing to ask someone to cover the PayPal fees, but to ask someone to give up rights to dispute a problem.... Major sign of something bad going down.

Hopefully your credit card company will help out but I don't see how it's going to work. They will refund your money but once they do research and see you sent money as a gift. That's something you agreed on. I just don't see the credit card siding with you on this. They will recharge you.
