Default Help Please! ej205 swap-no spark

I have a ej205 out of a 02 wrx that I have swapped into a 00 rs. I did the wire merge myself and believe that is where the problem lies lol. It will turn over all day but Im not getting spark. I plugged the dianostic connector in and got these codes.

p1518 starter switch off
p0851 Neutral Switch input low
p0502 Vehicle Speed sensor A input low
p0503 Vehicle Speed sensor A input intermittent

Pretty sure its a wiring fubar, but Im not sure what Im supposed to be looking for. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Ok new info, Apparently if you plug in the diagnostic connectors you will pull all those codes no matter what, so back to the drawing board. Anyone have any idea on the no spark?

So a little more info. I tested for continuity and found the Green/Red at SMJ has horrible continuity but its there, with 3 wires by the ecu. One was tied into the Blower Fan, 2 into 134/5(Ign Switch) The Green/Red from the green relay also is connected to 134/5, any one know what Green/Red wires go where?

You've tied in the GR wire into the incorrect places.
Just going off the top of my head against what you posted above. That wire gives lots of people grief if it's their first merger.

Never even saw you commented, yea I had actually given up and was going to part the car out but Im going to give it one more shot before I do I think. I never finished checking the GR wires as I just lost interest, but I figure Im going to at least finish that and see if it starts.
