Yeah I saw that. I just found that surprising and wondered if upon disassembly any more was learned.

Something tells me they learned not to keep the loud pedal flat on the floor when the power wheels are off the ground.

Not to speak for them but they did find some parts inside the tranny to upgrade (shift fork I believe), but they were being a bit hush about it as to not get copied by other vendors.

I don't think any gears were actually damaged.

I agree but the motor I beat the **** out of had 100K on the motor when I started and was a 1991 I think 370WHP for 10K proves a ton. I raced the motor almost daily and revved it tout to 7200rpm.

It was running just fine when i pulled it I just knew it was down on compression on the DRiverside front.

If anyone questions the tune that was on the car I can post picture of the pistons they are clean... 2.2's tiny ring lands just couldn't take the abuse i put them through.

Car is headed to Sema right now..

Car is still on a MAF based tune but when I get to Vegas I will convert it to SD.

SD Tuning has been working great, Crawford's BRZ has been running it for about a month now

Wow I can't imagine having all that power in such an unassuming light car. That's gonna hurt a lot of feelings
