i like to see the tires, not just black masses under the car...understand its hard sometimes, but it looks weird noting seeing tread there. and its not helping its a black car.

I might be able to edit it better and bring some detail back.

I'm really liking shooting in low light. I really would like a tripod now.

INKMAN, I recently took a venture to best buy. and played around with the 50mm 1.8 lens with the CP on it......and ummmmmm yea, proud new owner of that setup haha. picks to follow this week once my cars all washed up.

would have taken some already, but we have been having screwed up weather here with cold and rain. they say it might even snow tomorrow.

Both shot handheld on a 7D.

Once my wheels are BBS I will do proper photos.

Awesome. I don't use my 50mm for auto because out of my four lenses that's the only one that takes a different size filter and I don't feel like buying another one right now. I love the shallow DOF of the lens though. It was my favorite until I got my 85mm f/1.8.

Thanks. It does make a big difference! My next investment is a tripod. Those pics aren't as sharp as they should be. My shutter speed was pretty low given the light.

Does everyone like the CP look of the fade on the painted surfaces? sometimes it takes away from the natural look.

I think it can be over done with the multiple polarizations. It takes away from the body lines and will leave it very flat looking. If done right it looks amazing. I haven't tried this yet. The lack of a tripod and photoshop is the reason. I know xluben is doing it a lot more and it looks good.

Wanted a poster, printed on vinyl making a poster-sized sticker instead.
