Will do. Gotta work on the paint a lil better. Did you sand yours down also?

I never noticed you had a prodive rear diff guard. And when/where did you get the steering wheel? Nice!

BTW, can you PM me a paint guy. I need to get my EGR skirt painted and finally get that Ureshi CF spoiler put on...lol

Didn't sand mine but after looking at the outcome of yours I want to. Got a link to the steps/materials involved?

Had the diff guard a couple years now, the steering wheel since '09. Got the last one Rallysport Direct had.. at least at the time.

I'll pm you now. My Ureshi has seen better days I need to replace it but who ever installs yours make sure they use window urethane it'll never come off. I'll pm you now.

Anyone here actually have a REAL Prodrive lip for the 02-03 bugeye and not one of those ebay replicas? I am just asking cause I wonder how the real ones fit. The replicas are a very tight fit and hard to put on...the replicas even have the real "prodrive" stamp on them too

I used to have one on mine, they fit nice I think. Not terrible getting in on and off but it fits "snug" but not tight, if that makes sense to you.

I have an authentic Prodrive Lip brand new in plasitc with paper work and clips if anyone wants to trade for a Prodrive steering wheel.

Funny thing... the "replicas" are made from the Prodrive mold.

tell me that's not the same mold. even the other letters and numbers of the code are the same, the only thing different is the date stamp.

it's as genuine as the real thing. made in austria.

it's entirely possible that they got the same molds and used different processes and materials, but the molds are the same if not an exact replica.

only difference i see is that the primer doesn't look as nice or tacky.

I wish Prodrive would have stayed in the US. There is a pretty "big" Subaru market here for them to support sighhhhh

They've kinda kept drifting away from the average street enthusiast market and are focusing more on high performance like wrc and formula 1. I also miss the build quality and the overall awesomeness(for lack of a better term) but in my opinion Cobb has kind of stepped into the shoes that they left.

However, on the prodrive lip I heard that when you bought the original lip, it came with some type of glue to adhere to the center section of the bumper......what kind of glue can I use to make sure it stays inplace and can anyone post the prodrive instructions about gluing this lip in place?

And if someone knows a place to buy a "good" ProD lip let me know. I bought one and the fitment was so tight it was impossible to put on. U mount it in the fender wells first then pull it up towards the center, but its like the lip was too small.
