When your car attracts the attention of morons who cant restrain their impulse to all of a sudden become reckless drivers.

Sometimes I really want to utilize the option to report other drivers to get their driver's license revoked for the idiotic crap I see on a near daily basis. If they do not comply to having to retake their driver's test within the time given to them when they receive their notice then they lose their license lol.

Not sure if that can be done here but they had that in Anchorage Alaska.
