The guy who destroyed my poor Hella Black Magic owned up to it and gave me some $ for it. Rather than save up for another pair, I ordered a 10" Rigid Industries LED lightbar. I can't wait! I might even have another HID/LED mini-meet.

Didn't you know? Turning your engine sideways instantly grants you 15% more torque than the competition.

I thought about wrapping them but I was kinda concerned about the added thermal stress possibly cracking them. As I don't know much of Borla's reliability, ill run them naked for now.

I don't believe OEM are made of 321...And those seem to hold up pretty well as far as not cracking.

Ceramic coating is an alternative to wrapping.. Looks cleaner too IMHO.

Well ater my turbo went kuput in my LGT 05 i decide to up grade. Just to find out it took motor with it. Worth it or not i went a head and rebuilt it
STI oil pump
Full OEM engine gasket set (STI head gaskets added)
Timing belt kit with water pump
Thermostat and gasket
Set of NGK iridium plugs
ARP head studs
2012 STI Coated Crank
Set if ACL race bearings (rod and main)
Set 100mm Mahle Pistons
STI Oil Cooler
740cc DW Injectors
Crx 500 turbo
DW fuel pump with install kit
Invidia catless downpipe
Invidia uppipe
Act street lite and fly wheel
K&N typoon

Now i have about 1000 miles on the rebuild. time for an oil change and to crank the boost. going to put my large TMIC on as well. Cant wait. should be done thursday. there is so much i wish i could do but now i;m broke. Hopely i drive away with about 325whp
