Who: my car and I

What: protune

Where: Kaizen Tuning, Boxborough, MA

When: Today

Why: get tuned???

i'm not even going to pretend i know everything. but i'm pretty happy with this for Stage 2.

eta: had a leak at the BPV and the inlet. was not surprised because i took that IC on/off at least 6 times messing with this car. so it's cool. after that, the smoke test was good.

MODS: Cobb SF intake + Box, Cobb Catted Downpipe.

it's a long story. see this: http://forums.nasioc.com/forums/show....php?t=2409331

JDM scoop and splitter
One Step colder NGK
Stock Pink injectors
K&N Drop In filter
Walboro 255 fuel pump
Invidia catless DP
Helix uppipe
Cobb catback exhaust
KoyoRad radiator
AVCS wired up, but there is short somewhere as the signal was erratic according to the tuner, advance only up to 5 only

I will be purchasing a Tactrix cable to do some datalogging while I troubleshoot the source of my AVCS woes. Plans in the future:

This is my daily driver and I would like to crack the 300WHP barrier:
Swap out the VF30 with the hairline wasteline crack
Turbo Inlet
Cobb Catted DP (gotta think the environment and my kids' health)
Intake + aft MAF hose

The dyno chart is my base pull at 11psi. I'm now at 19psi. I do not have a second pull chart because my rear diff stopped cooperating. I have the oe rs 5spd trans with a stage 3 clutch masters clutch. Thats the next thing that will go in, a six speed swap. I currently have to replace the rear diff since I think its completely gone. just have to find the time to do it. My tuner loved it because it absolutely had no lag and the cams held the power all the way to the end of the rpm band.
