Nitrous is pressurized gas that is held in bottle and is basically another form of forced induction.
When spraying nitrous you have to add fuel with it whether that is dry (injectors spray the fuel) or wet (the nitrous system has additional injector). As with any forced induction timing is generally lowered when spraying nitrous and on boosted cars it is most times used to spool large turbo and shut off in high rpms. But it doesn't have to be, you can spray it up top also. It is usually sprayed for only short periods of time.

E85 is high octane fuel. When using it compared to gasoline you use approx 30% more. It allows car to run more boost and timing. Car run 100% off of it as it is your fuel source

Meth is fuel octane adder, basically like having race gas or E85 except when needed. You store it in separate tank and mix it with water, general ratios are 50/50 to 100% meth. System is generally toggled by hob switch (boost switch) or MAF controlled. System has its own pump (~120-250 psi). When spraying meth it allows you to run more timing and since it cools some run higher boost with it.

Nitrous is about two grand once you purchase a window/wot/fuel pressure/bottle warmer/automatic bottle opener etc

and expensive to refill, doesn't last long, and cant use it on the track for any type of sanctioned events.

a 30R doesn't need nitrous, maybe if you had a bigger turbo or a slower spooling turbo a wet 35 or 50 shot would help

also keep in mind, the more boost you run, the faster your turbo will spool. if you did meth, your turbo would spool faster also.
