What would you do ???

So just shooting out a question, i have just under $1000 to spend right now on my car and im torn between two upgrades. I want to know what people out there would choose/see what comments people have on which would be recommended for my 2002 wrx

Option 1: Process West TMIC w/ splitter and hoses
or
Option 2: Tomei Extreme unequal length header w/ up pipe heat wrap etc...

my engine mods right now are:
custom made 3" turbo back (downpipe & catback)
Turboxs bov
Cobb short ram
gimmick postmaf
gimmick turbo inlet
mishimoto silicon lower radiator hose
walbro 255 fuel pump
cobb accessport stage 2

stock turbo
stock injectors
stock headers
stock uppipe
stock intercooler

I have not dyno'd it yet and i plan on it during the install of this next upgrade

any negative comments please keep them to yourselves
