Another of the Invidia N1.
Borla is too high-pitched. JDM? You mean the bolt-on tips? Otherwise I like the STI Sport Muffler, which I think would sound nicer with a high-flow cat. However, the STI one is $1800 on sale... That's a nice set of wheels and tires right there.

Like HKS? There are a few that just don't look or sound right. Any that have come out too quickly don't usually get my vote. They seem rushed. Nameless is the top for gaining my respect, then Invidia, then Mach V.

SEMA starts next week. I interested to see how many companies use the twins to showcase their wares.

Are there any parts in particular you're hoping to see developed?
I tried getting WC LatheWerkz to make a replacement reverse lockout ring for the BRZ to replace the cheapy plastic stock one, but because of the sheer size of the flaring of the ring's top and bottom it just wouldn't be cost-effective. Perrin made one for the STI, maybe I'll ask them to make one for the BRZ? But without their logo on it, which I doubt they'd do. It's just tacky-looking with their logo on a reverse ring. |

I've gotten tons of vendor emails regarding SEMA over the past week and a lot of them are bringing one of the twins. I'm looking forward to attending next year's show if I can manage it! |

I figured you'd like that one, given the color combo and what you were looking to do for your wheels.

Great video, thanks. I went and looked up those wheels and they're only 17lbs!
For 18's that seems amazing. I'm interested to know how that would compare to something like the Mach V Awesomes which are 17x9, so more sidewall but another 1"+ of tread you could fit on there. |

One of my mods I plan on executing is shaving the roof antenna. I don't listen to the radio and I plan on swapping out the head unit anyways. These are the only FR-S/BRZ/GT-86 I've seen do it. In case you were curious about what it might look like:
http://www.ft86club.com/forums/showt...t=20934&page=2 Spoiler Alert: The teal FR-S won the challenge. |

Here's a gallery of the BRZ / FR-S SEMA cars. There are some great details on these cars. Lots of aftermarket support for this vehicle.

I like the GT86 because it’s come barreling into the bottom end of the marketplace with a big dirty smile on its face and a suggestion in the way it stands that it wants to have fun with your middle parts. It’s a car designed for one thing only: fun.
