I found a used one for very inexpensive. Plus, if I wanted. I can convert it too an RS.

Been busy, I ran the car at solo nationals but did poorly due to really no test time before the event. Then shortly after that. I hosted, help run and ran in the Rallycross Nationals. I got some projects I am trying to get done for other poeple (engine rebuilt and other stuff). I am looking at trying to have the car ready for a track day at Hallett on Nov 10th and maybe run down to MSR Houston in early Dec for a SCCA school/double regional.

Swap out struts to stock bits.

Dave, yes I am planning a STU engine build for later next year with 12:1 CR.

Got to get some of my resent photos post. Took the car to Hallett Saturday and shake it down at a track day.

Well I got down to the 1:32's, lol with traffic. I got a bunch of them with a 1:32.2 the best. The wind was heavy today with it blowing dirt and dust on the track. All the fast guys who ran last month were down from there fast times last month. Overall, the car ran flawless on year old R6's.

Nothing much to report lately. Got some mod work done to my front zzyzx's to get some more bump travel thx to Vorshlag Motorsports and took the car out for a spin for the first time since Nov. First race will be at the end of the month at Hallett. Hope to get some incar race footage. Now time for some vinyl work.

Nothing much too report after the post race inspection. All is well with the race car. Getting close to my goal with the car in this trim. The track record for Hallett in ITS is a 1:29.5 and I got down to a personal best of a 1:30.9. Working on shaving more weight off the car as I am still not close to my minimum weight. Found that my car is, as Okiedude put it, "a sting on gas." I filled up the car by the house. Drove 50min to the track, 5 sessions and only put a gallon or two in for insurance for the feature race. Did a oil change and brake bleed this week. Going to do some autocross and road course testing this weekend at Heartland Park Topeka with the BMW Club. It's been a while since the RS has seen HPT and can't wait.
Here are few photos from the last race. Next race should be May 25th -26th at Hallett.
