Front control arms aren't mounted yet, thats why the right one is hanging down.

No done a few custom turbo setups on v8's, did a mopar 360 twin turbo. did a chevy small block with a t4 single turbo blow thru carb.
done several honda's, my del sol did 478 whp 330 tq at the wheel on 12psi with a Gt35r ( 1.8 liter b-series) its was nasty.
My rx7 was all motor, 430whp.
But this turbo kit I've took some ideas i've learned from hondas and some from doing other peoples car and putting it all together. Its in my head, just got my last order of stainless in yesterday so I can start on the manifolds soon. I don't want to go too crazy with power, I will have plenty of room to grow, but i know 500whp will be easy to make with my setup. I plan on keeping ac, and daily driving the car.

For the Diff you can also buy the Nismo Finned Diff Cover it will get you some cooling. Also if you need to figure the gear set which I think you did already its stamped on the Ring Gear inside.

Nice Build

yea not too worried about diff cooling, not an autocross car. may go to the drag strip a few times and mostly just street driven. I believe the computer at my buddies salvage yard said it was a 3.58 gear ratio. which will be fine for my application.

Bahahaha you've gotten more done in months than most projects do in years Awesome job, the fab design and execution looks great! Personally, I'll keep my EJ but having grown up around Chevy's (mostly muscle cars with engine swaps) I have a fondness for the LS motors

It's looking good man.
But I think you need to removed the STi logo from the back... I think you need a "GM Performance Division" badge.
People would only laugh till you pressed the go button

DSS quoted me $2000, theres a few shops here that make axles and my buddy works at motion industries, they have access to all the HASS cnc machines, him and a few others there have made some pretty impressive axle shafts for rock crawlers. May pay him to come up with something. Still haven't decided on what to do.
