Strange engine sound with video

My car is a 2000 2.5RS with EJ207 hybrid swap. A 207 shortblock with 205 heads. This swap has 50k miles on it.

Mods:
Stock wrx injectors
Ported TD04
3in TBE
STi TMIC
Rotella T6
Protuned

I got this sound that's hard to describe. I hope someone here can help point me in the right direction. It sounds like it is coming from under the TMIC. Maybe in the bell housing of the transmission. The clutch has 50k miles on it. I hope its not rod knock. The sound is intermittent. I can really hear it best at idle.

Does the car seem to be running ok otherwise? It sounds like it could be the throw out bearing but that's pretty loud.

Car is running great. I hope its not the throw out bearing. Is it possible for it to go out in 50k miles? I dont drive the car like i stole it or anything.

The noise goes away when i push in the clutch. I believe it is the TOB going out. I'm running a ACT HD clutch kit and pressure plate with about 50k miles. I've read that the TOB in the ACT kits are rubbish. I'm taking the car on a 1200 mile road trip next week and I hope it will survive the trip.
