i went to the track for the first time on my life last month. i couldnt get launching down. i ran 2passes- 13.3 @ 104. im sure with some practice 12s are easily doable. injectors, fuel pump and plugs are next in the spring im thinking. very happy with the power though. beats what it was like stock 5 years ago with the td04 turbo!
That's why my boost seems low I just run stock TMIC

Nice gain. Did they up the boost or was it left the same?

Up'd it a little to 18psi and holds steady on the powerband there. They did a good job. Now to find a 2007 legacy spec b tranny.

I guess. Even though your times are .2 better than a "stage 2" WRX.

What altitude? Since I ran 13.5@101 with exhaust and a tune at sea level in my 05 wagon. 18 psi. Could have easily done a high 12 with current tune+ewg and nice tires.

What made you want to go to PRE over Cobb/Surgeline? Just didn't want to buy an AP? I guess some shop at Walmart and some like Macy's.

my altitude is about 413ft above sea level. i was launching way to softly. with my mods, i should be in the 12.7 range with a vf52.it was my first time ever dragging before. i am gonna try again in the spring.

To each his own. I've been to COBB Surgeline, have a great shop. Just clicked with people from PRE more. I did buy AP and I actually bought from Surgeline.
