2012 wrx sedan mods

I have a 2012 Subaru WRX currently stock with 3k+ miles on it I would like to get some more power out of it, I am aiming for about 300 at the wheels and just need some tips and pointers because I would like to do it correctly and also what aftermarket parts would be best to do the job thank you
