Damn. Hopefully they went back in the 451 direction, not 452.

well Nate...having used and driven MANY UHP and MAX performance tires over the years....and after using a couple sets of these Federal 595RS-Rs.....
I can say without reservation that these 595RS-Rs are the absolute BEST bang for the buck UHP/MAX performance dd tires...EVER. They are the only MAX performance tire ive ever driven that dont 'do' anything 'wrong'...none of the classic "they are great tires, EXCEPT...."....as most of this class of tire do.... they are quiet on the road...SHOCKINGLY so as long as ya keep the toe zeroed....they ride very well.....they let you know when they are gonna let go very progressively and gently and go right back to work without ANY drama when pushed....they work in the wet until they are just above the wear bars...they are much better at lower temps than other summer tires ive had...they dont 'heat cycle' and get hard...and with a lot of highway miles and a good bit of off road use , my last set had ~18k miles in ~11 months and had ~1/3 tread left and i gave them to the guy...a board member here... who mounted up the new set for me recently....his tires were ....smooth![]() for the $$$.....they are KING |

Was gonna start a new thread, but found this one. Anyone with newer info, or experience with the 453's? |
