Unhappy Bill Bryan Subaru of Leesburg Fl :(

Since I purchased the car three months ago, they've changed management three times.
I bought a brand new 2012 Impreza. By the time the deal was done it was late and the service guys were lomg gone. It was basically fresh off the truck with 6 miles. They told me to come back and they'd detail it and all that jazz. They did a horrible job, and that was when the nightmare began. I ignored the crappy prep job they did and drove it. Its had a few issues and the service manager is just totally rude and dismissive of any complaints.
Took it in for its first service. They way over-filled it with oil. The coolant is at the low mark and they didnt bother to top it off. Or check the tire pressure. Or the air filter. They even somehow spilled oil all over the engine and engine bay.
SOA has been slow to respond and I'm greatly regretting buying this car from this dealership. If you're in central fl, go anywhere else!

you realize you're not locked into a dealer you purchase a vehicle from?
just go to a different dealer, or a different shop, or do it yourself.

Yeah I have been changing my oil for 16+ years. When the dealer said they woukd be changing the (synthetic) oil i was happy. But then they couldnt even get the oil change right. I feel its good to let others know how bad the service dept is at this dealer. Oh and the next closest dealer is an hour+ away through hellacious traffic.

They tried selling me a damaged vehicle. I bought a 2012 SWP hatch from them in Feb. It had 67 miles on it, I felt I did not get a good deal on my trade but really liked the car. I take it home and go to wash it the next morning and as I look down the side a see something weird under the rocker panels, both panels had been bottomed out and cracked, I immediately take it back to the dealer, pissed, I was not going to have paint work on my brand new car. They put it on a lift and start talking to me about repairs, repairs on a brand new vehicle, no thanks as it's up on the rack I notice it's missing the SPT exhaust that was on the invoice. I did not know what it looked like at that point. They tried giving me money back, but I demanded a refund. They finally gave in after several hours of fighting, 2 days later I bought a silver sedan from Ocala Subaru much better to deal with, got the car for $25,200 with the short shifter and the additional foot well lights.

Mostlystock, sorry to hear your story. To think that they almost got away with the exhaust, that's just evil. I've used Ocala (Volvo) Subaru myself & I have no complaints. Recently had quotes for my 30K service, not by a big margin but they had the lowest price. You picked up that lone silver WRX from them?

I remember that SWP hatch, it sat on their lot A LONG TIME. the way theypark vehicles on that embankment, I'll bet THEY bottomed it out badly and just tried to pass it off on some poor sucker.

And you can BET that those 67miles werent easy. They have no concept of letting cars warm up. As I saw on my test drive with 6 miles on the car. I sat there till it was warmed up, it irked the salesman.
