If we had star ratings, I'd give yinz a 4 :P

The products are great. Everything came as I ordered it, packaged great, etc. The products themselves that they carry are top-notch. You know if RSD has it, it's a quality piece. Their website is clean and readable. Great for searching just what fits your car with their filter.

One negative comment - shipping. I did choose for regular UPS ground shipping... but it took 12 days to reach my place. Seems a bit excessive.. but meh, it is what it is.

This is very strange, reason is that UPS ground is 5 business days in the US.
As long as the product is listed "in stock" on our site when its placed, we will typically ship it out within 24 hours unless its over a weekend.
So if the order was placed, and the product was listed to be in stock with UPS being selected for shipping please give us a call and we will get with UPS to find out what is going on for the delay.

Just placed my second order, which is substantially larger than my first a few weeks ago. The thing I like most is the live help whenever I have a quick question because I don't have to wait on an email or a pm when it's a small issue. I'm just starting to get into the Subaru aftermarket, and I expect that I'll be placing many more orders in the future.

Installed a Grimmspeed master cyl. brace, Cobb heat shield, and Rally Armor flaps the other day, Christmas came early! Ordered the stuff on Thanksgiving day, had it on Monday, not bad for a holiday weekend. Thanks guys, tell Nick that Jerry from Yosemite says "Hi!"

Since I got into subarus last spring. Most of my purchases have been through RSD, I have to say they have one of the best customer service teams, and website layouts, very simple smooth and all the reviews and "whats in the box" videos make everything a breeze. And they'll throw in extra stickers if I ask

I ordered a Cobb SF Intake + Airbox from RSD. The order shipped within a few hours on Wednesday and was at my office by Friday morning! Excellent vendor! I love the website layout (the vehicle filter is great) along with the product review/Q&A section. It looks like they have someone dedicated to just answering questions on their site. Will definitely order from them again!

With shipping, as we have our own facility and warehouse everything ships directly from us. So once the order comes in we can typically ship it out the same business day M-F as long as the order is placed before 4pm MST

Look on the bright side, you dont have to pay the pesky sales tax

But I know the feeling of waiting for stuff to come in hahaha. At least UPS is only 4-5 business days from us to the East Coast

Thank you! And to anyone in Hawaii, when checking out make sure to look at the quote for 2nd day air, as I have seen it cheaper than ground shipping on some items, and if 2nd day is more expensive, it is usually just slightly more.
