Default Fuel delivery modifications, options?

My engine is getting a rebuild with some beefier parts and am looking to do a few more mods while everything is out.

I have the following mods:
-Full Race 1.5 header + up-pipe, 3" downpipe, stock exhaust
-AEM CAI, Perrin v2 inlet, Dom 1.5 10cm, Spearco TMIC
-Walbro 255, DW1000cc

I'm debating whether to improve my fuel delivery just to make things a bit safer and more reliable in the long run. I'm looking at fuel rails + lines and possibly a bigger pump.

The only kits I see around would be the Perrin Fuel Rails + Lines, or the Aeromotive complete kit. Any suggestions and recommendations?

Current power is around 400/390awhp with a bit of room to improve, but I like thinking ahead in case I go to a bigger turbo some day, who knows.

Running E85 strictly at the moment.

With the 08+ stuff your seemingly limited...BUT you can look into the P&L fuel system upgrades for the Top Feed it and they'd be able to help you out.

Otherwise, the Perrin kit is great and does what it's supposed to, for the pumps, you can either work the the DW drop ins, run an Aeromotive with modifying the housing or modify everything with twin walboros and a HOB switch.

Switch to an automotive fuel pressure regulator. It's more consistent fuel delivery and mechanically eliminates the 2600-2800 rpm stumble.

Other than that you really don't need anything else for fuel. You can do rails or just run parallel fuel lines, stock rails work fine at 400 whp.

Anyone with experience with the Agency Power rails? The new version seems to get some good reviews.

I know I don't need rails at this power, but I'm just planning ahead since everything is already removed right now.

With twin intank fuel pumps, Bigger injectors to suit the need, STOCK everything is good to around 650whp on E85.

Edit* Lol.

That would be nice if stock injectors could do that!

Drill stockers out and they'll flow something like 850cc. Not ideal flow as the tuning part is inconsistent but hey it works. Still counts though right? lol

Got FIC 1100cc's, and debating whether to go with the Aeromotive kit (lines, rails, fpr, etc) or the Agency Power kit (rails, lines). I'm looking for safety most of all.

Max power will be around 450whp (2.5xtr with E85).

Why do that when you already have rails, lines, and fpr that will provide plenty?

The more lines and fittings you change, the less safe it'll be. Not as "unsafe" since you're using E85 but it'll still ignite and burn away.

Mounted my fire extinguisher in-car immediately after doing fuel mods. Not a big enough bottle to stop a blazing inferno but still gives me a chance until fire rescue shows up. Already planning how to route lines and nozzle to spray over fuel rails and meth stuffs. Opening a hood on fire just pisses it off.

Thats why I'm asking here, to validate the necessity of these mods

Seems like rails aren't a necessity, but not a bad idea. Most importantly is I need more pump :/ Just read about failures with the Aero 340 (e85 related) and also failures with the DW300, so I'm kind of out of options while keeping it simple.

I'll put it this way, my car makes 600whp with stock rails, and lines. I have a DW300 and a Walbro in the tank, AFPR, and 1400cc injectors. My IDC's are 79% at base fuel pressure so there is quite a bit more left in it.
