Hey can someone provide a general address to punch into nav, I'm on the east side and.goober new to the area, sorry. I'll bring my wagon out and show ya something you've never seen lol.

I don't know if a lot of people are going to be out there because of possibly being out of town for Thanksgiving. I'm going to be out of town so I won't be there.

Your are going to get mixed opinions on this man. I know people that go to FAT, Goodspeed, and Dynocomp. People are going to give you good and bad things about each shop based on their experience. Your best bet is going to each tuning shop and seeing who you personally like the best. FAT is in Tempe and Goodspeed and Dynocomp are in Snottsdale.

Clark Turner uses Goodspeed, not sure which others he uses.

Dynocomp was the first in the area. The guys at Goodspeed started at Dynocomp then formed their own company. Joe and Matt at Goodspeed are nice guys, I'll be using them for all my tuning. Both will take the time to talk to you without any pressure.

I went to Goodspeed for a quick pull on their dyno so I could get a baseline before I started modding. I think it was $95 because there was no tuning. If you get an Access Port from them, they throw in a pull, at least they did for me.

Personally I like driving into Snobsdale. I have an appt tomorrow at Goodspeed and I'm looking forward to driving up there and looking at sweet cars all day. Both in the shop and outside driving up and down Hayden. It's a nice change of scenery.

I chose Goodspeed because: 1. All the write ups they have in significant tuner car magazines, 2. Clark Turner.

I'm happy with my decision. If Goodspeed could improve on something, it would be their presence at the track (or lack of). They need to get out there and run again.

GoodSpeed is good peeps. Had my old wrx tuned by Clark. All went well, and they have a nice blend of down to earth professionalism. I have no experience with the other shops though.

Btw I'm new to the forums, so hoping to see some nice cars and meet some more Subaru fanatics at humble pie next week. Cheers!

I dropped into Dynocomp yesterday. The owner seems very sales oriented. Told me an Airaid (oilless cotton gauze) air filter element would give me 5 HP with my stock intake. Said it had been "proven" on their dyno. Yet there are many threads on here that say you won't gain anything from going to foam or gauze, other than extra dust.

This meet hasn't happened in a long time unfortunately.

There have been talks of starting it again though, but it's hard with Summer knocking on the door.

there the Weekly eastside meet at Subaru Superstore of Chandler every Thursday at 8

I really like the biweekly (1st & 3rd Friday every month) AWD meet at Pecos & McQueen. Lots of cool people.

There's a weekly Westside meet as well. Last night there was a pretty good turnout (10 or so Subys and 5+ other makes). You can also always hit up Scottsdale Pavs on Sat. night.
