So where did everyone get there passes to Cypress only?

I ened up getting a full Season's pass to Seymour for $325 and my son was only $29 hard to beat that.

Also going to do a bunch of Baker Days this year inlaws have a cabin at Lake Whatcom so let me know a week or two in advance so we can meet up!

Didn't pull the trigger on the cypress deal, will do the 3 day edge card before prices go up next week. Want to get to Baker at least a couple time this year too.

Same, always wanted to try out Baker. I think this season will be it, haha. Aiming for Jan/Feb most likely. Any tips for just a day trip?

Leave early, leave early, go on a weekday, only go if they have more then 6" of fresh below minus 2c, make sure you and your friends bring there passports And leave drugs at home because pot is legal down there anyway as of Dec 6 2012 but the boarder guys can still turn you around for rollies or even a folding pair of scissors seen it happen before back in my high school days.

Heard tonight Grouse opens tomorrow at 3pm and Cypress Opens on Wednesday!

Seymour says we want to save your skis and boards, and wait till we have 100cm and not 30cm!

WOW! Baker looks sick! Cypress has over 100 cm of snow and got 16 cm last night! All the runs should be open within a week or 2

Seymour was great today, new chair is sooooooo much faster, manage to escape from the kids and wife. Did two top to bottom runs in about 20 mins.. Used to take 12-15 mins just to ride up the chair before. Great Powder and fairly good coverage in the trees. Might go up to Seymour on Thursday if I can't find anyone wanting to go to Baker.

It's more a term then anything, top to bottom's, referring to going ball's out from the top of run/chair/mountain to the bottom of run/chair/mountain without any stops.

1st run was Nut Cracker to Velvet gully to Manning to Gun barrel.
2nd run was Nothlands to Nut house to Upper Unicorn to Goldie. I usually ride back up Goldie's Magic carpet if doing laps and down to Lodge chair when heading to the bar or back to the car.

Anyone going to Seymour Thursday during the day?

Bought a Cypress Gold Card this year with a $5 off coupon for it; otherwise this year it's new board, bindings, boots, jacket, facemask and gloves. Pants, base/underlayers and goggles are a year old... I think the old piece is my helmet at 3 or 4 years old now haha

Went the first time up this season Saturday night with my bros and the new, setup, is, awesome! First time pretty much everything has been new in... over 10 years?

lol, good to know.

I went up on opening day from 930am-1130am, clocked just over 10 runs, sometimes taking a phone break up top. Definitely a great improvement over the old chair.

Cant make seymour on thursday, but ill be at whistler saturday-monday !
