Default Moisture in headliner

I drove about 400 miles this weekend in heavy rain and noticed some moisture where the A-pillar meets the headliner. I felt up under the headliner and it was slightly wet. I looked at all of the gaskets around the door and windshield and couldn't figure out where this moisture could have possibly come from. This is a new car with <5,000 miles on it. I plan on taking it to the dealership, but just wondering if anyone has experienced an issue similar to this?
