I think you might have a seccondary issue... either excessive driveline angle, a wallowed out yoke, or a malformed u-joint. As torque related breakage should be in the joint or the shaft tubing.
The angle is fine, and the axle is pitched perfectly.

I came to the same conclusion, and replaced the u-joint while I was at it. If it was a fault in the yoke or joint, it should be gone now.
