Anyone in NJ do the independant Fog mod?

im looking to get this done. im located in north jersey near parsippany and by morristown. im willing to pay $ or pay with beer/food. i have a 2012 WRX


also looking for some help to paint my ugly chrome headlights. i have the room to do so just need someone with experience with doing so to shadow me and so forth...

as far as the headlights just bake them in the over, paint, reseal.

I did that one and didn't like it (unless i did it wrong).

I couldn't disable my foglights and were constantly on.

then you did it wrong, did it on a friend 2011 and they are on and off with the oem toggle on the stalk. double check your wiring.

my old speed 3 had it done no problem but that was dumb easy i cant figure this out and rather just have someone else do it that has done it before and works

bump... kinda want this done before the holidays..

Did it today in about 30 min. Was pretty easy. Used vampire clips to connect to the stalk harness.

If you can't find a shop (best option), or get SNE2040 to help you out (good option), I can help out.

I live in NNJ (Ringwood, 07456). I'm off the next 2 weeks (use vacation or lose it).

But, I prefer you try a shop that supports NASIOC 1st since I'm not a vendor.

Looks like a great write up but with my 2013 wrx I did the DRL fog light mod, it's soo easy and I did it in less than 10-15 minutes ... I would recommend that !!

Does that disable the fog light switch on the stalk? Also, do they turn off when your headlights turn on?

Once the key is in the ignition, you can turn fogs on/off via stalk.
Works on Headlights OFF, Parking ON, Low's ON, Highs ON.
