^Sweet car, lookin forward to seeing that around. My buddy just picked up a '06 WRX yesterday from West Hurley, NY. Him and I might have to try and make it to one of the ale house gtg's. I've got a white 2011 Rex with magnaflows and breast cancer awareness rallyarmors. We live in afton though so you've probably never seen it in Binghamton, I'm not there much. My brothers got an 02 WRX wagon too so maybe I can get him to come along. We've got quite the population of WRXs here in afton now haha.

Yeah the river club is closed for the winter. I'm assuming you've been there before? I was confused your profile says your from Columbus haha. The river club would be a good place to meet the parking lot is big, takes a long time to get food though if you plan on eating.

Hi guys I'm from Binghamton and am planning on purchasing a new Wrx. I was wondering what dealership in the area is good. I was thinking Mathews Subaru but was wondering if you guys would recommend someone else. Ty!

mathews is fine but they rarely have WRX's in stock and didn't seem willing to find or "order" one. I would just go to the closest dealer that actually has one..lol

Go to Mathews. Do not pass go. Do not collect $200. Go directly to Rob Finta. Tell him Sean Galloway sent you.

If he can not get you what you want, go to Bill Rapp in syracuse and talk to Tony Madonna and once again tell him Sean Galloway sent you.

Either of them should give you a very competitive deal

Now I'm from columbus, IN. Used to be bingo.

Matthews have some good people there. Ask for Rob Finta in sales (he's the desk on the right immediately upon entering the showroom), if you let him know you're interested in a wrx he'll help you find one.

Rob has a black one in stock... he will order you anything, he ordered mine for me. After you tell him sean sent you and then tell him brendan said sean is a bastard, tell him Evan said sean definitely is a bastard, and that Evan is the only turbo Subaru in town so don't pay attention to the others!

I can wait. But unfortunately the only way I can justify getting the wrx to my wife is telling her I need the awd car(luckely she doesn't know all subs are awd for the most part lol)

If you can wait, do yourself a favor and get on your computer and go to the ACA website. ( American canoe association) Join the ACA for the $25 membership fee. 6 months to the date of you joining, you will become a Subaru VIP member. Aka; you're starting negotiating price is invoice less 2%. Rob or Tony will give you a great price no matter what, but the VIP pricing will allow them to do even better.

But that would put you in June and then the new generation WRX will be just around the corner instead of a year away like it is now....
