Hey **** sticks, nice to see some of you last night. Some...
I'm in the market for new pads, front and rear, and front rotors for the STi. Inexpensive suggestions? Edit: nick you've had hawk pads, right? http://www.rallysportdirect.com/Hawk...o-Applications Or http://www.rallysportdirect.com/Stop...o-Applications Last edited by FreNetiC STi; 12-21-2012 at 10:04 AM. |

Do centric rotors and hawk hps pads, and then id suggest ss lines and redline fluid. Azp might have good deals on brakes now, I know they were having a blowout on rotors last I checked, if anything they can ship to you. Quote:

Had a ton of fun last night. It was good to see all of you. Some new faces and old ones and Nash wanted to cum on all of them.
![]() The gifts were awesome, except for the $25 dick pen that wasn't $25 unless there's $24 wrapped up inside of it. I'm glad I got to get rid of the Santa serving dish and Christmas coasters. Haha Singincanary is a *****? Edit: nope, the P word doesn't work with a question mark anymore. He's still a cocksucker! ![]() |

Rambo, I'll be ordering the same for my car and Georgette's. Chuck and I put them on her parent's car already.
Centric 120 blank rotors Centric Posi Quiet ceramic pads Tirk, I asked Marco and Tony for a quote and they told me it's the same price if I just ordered from Tirerack or Autozone... so I did. Maybe they get them now? |

I'm pretty sure I have a set of DBA front blanks and F&R Centric Posiquiets that should work on the 08s. If you're in a jam, lemme know. The only thing I don't have is rear rotors. |

If you're in a jam I might have a set of lightly used rear rotors for you. I can look of you need them. I have the Hawk ceramics installed in 4 pots on the Forester with centric rotors and they work well. Not as much initial grip as the HPS, but so much less dust. |

But centric would be what I go with since you dont need a rotor to hold up to track pads. Stay away from stock stuff, it isnt thay great. And if you havent done fluid yet, I highly suggest redline fluid, and while your at it do stainlesslines. Youll love it. Hps dust less than stock brembos in my experience, and initial bite is nice. If you want less dust the ebc greenstuff are supposed to be nice I think nick ran them? Uhm, excuse me? usually newbs gotta go above and beyond in this group, not to the local sex dollar store. While this group is full of jokesters, this is a relatively serious event, get a gag gift, and then something serious... Next year all the newbs will be at their own kids table ![]() |
