Attempted to install my new Pitch Stop Mount, but it ended up getting too dark to finish. Also, I fixed the leak associated with the Intercooler to TB not being installed correctly. Is it normal for there to be small amounts of oil in the hose?

A small amount of oil is OK. It is because of recirculation valves such as the PCV and other such things for emissions.

I figured it was okay, but it is also good to know why it is there. Thanks

I fixed my boost leak too...rather, it went away. I was getting on the highway and I got into it. Sure as **** the whining stopped.

Weird.

Thanks Jesus?

Fix it with this:
http://www.ebay.com/itm/CXRacing-FUL...-/180777722688

I've installed about 4 of em now, and I'm just waiting for a good reason to buy one for myself.

Yup I'm ordering that today when I get off of work. Should I order the one with the radiator cap or the one without ?

Whichever one you like, the CX radiator cap is sprung really tight and is tough as nuts to get off, but its shiny and cool looking.

Just make sure to replace all the snap clamp thingies on the hoses with worm gear or tbolt clamps.

Stock tires... Maybe 2k miles. We get more ice than anything in Richmond, but the roads are always a mess with salt.

Installed all my Christmas gifts, ptp turbo blanket, white line gearbox mount bushings, Perrin pitch stop and all weather mats. I'm just waiting on the Perrin turbo heat shield and should be all set until next year.

thanks man. it was definitely nice to finally start it. extremely excited to put on the wheels and drive it around tomorrow to make sure everything is in order.

The only problem Ive noticed so far is one of the dccd level indicator boxes doesnt light up when use the thumbwheel (swapped in an 04sti cluster). Posted in the electrical thread to see if I can get suggestions on that.

That's pretty cool! I want to get a radiator cover, can't justify the cost sadly.
