Right now, probably the rear S204 baseball bat (Yamaha damper bar).

I plan on dropping 300 for some Titanium Lug nuts. Doesn't do **** for performance, but I just really want them.

I have a 2012 WRX limited and couldn't the chrome headlamps. I bought the blacked-out OEM ones used on 2011 and early. Spent $1,370 dollars

That was after a $200 discount from Subarugenuineparts.com

Still looks better than chrome.. :-)

Dang, a few hours, an oven, some patience, and maybe $8 in black paint and you could have saved $1362.

I did that..and thats what caused me to go out and buy the real deal.....glad I did because I guess I'm just not that patient anymore. I did it on my EVO and it came out fantastic..on my WRX...not so hot..

I guess it helps to tell the full story! It was a good but expensive purchase..

Nope, they try to till you ask how fast you were going or see the radar. If their still a about it and give you a ticket you can take it to court and it will get dropped.

plus beltronics will pay for any speeding ticket within reason for the first 3 years of owning their product.

Hello, I am located in Canada and would like to ask everyone a question regarding a trade in.

I financed a 2013 Mercedes C300 4matic with sports/bi-xenon package less than 3 weeks ago putting down $17,000 and monthly payment of $520 for 60 months at 0%. If you do the math, that is actually lower than the normal price of the car as I got a pretty good deal on it. The value of the car here is $48,000+tax.

The value of a 2013 STI Sedan with tech package is $43,000 + tax and the website says there is a 4.9% finance for 60 months which I think the dealer will have no problem making it 0 or close to it.

The question is..what is the approach I should be taking on this? Ask for the difference back in the downpayment? or a smaller monthly payment? I knew I should have chosen the STI to begin with (missing the manual and performance of my s2000 already).

Thanks for the help!

You are screwed.

In general, when you drive off the lot, you lose 1/3 of the value of your car. You could likely get $38 in a trade. Why is this? It's no longer a new car. Why would someone want your used car for what they could get a new one? Heck....it could be a fully loaded $60k car and it's still not worth what a new $48k car is because.....well....it's used. Cars are not gold coins. They lose value when you buy them, lose more value when you drive them and when you trade, the dealers will want more profit one way or another.

May I ask why you put $17k down if you had 0 (or any other low interest rate) APR? That might have been sillier than trying to now trade it on on an STi. In any case, you'd be lucky to get them to take a straight trade, I think.

You're going to take a bath.

IMHO, keep the car, buy a cheap, used Miata, WRX, S2000, etc. (shouldn't cost much more than the bath you're going to take) to get your manual fix.
