Despite alot of PMs both sets are still available.

To save everyone's energy - the bottom line on the Grids is $650 - pricing logic is $450 for 100% new condition wheels and $200 for used tires. I do realize some Rotas sell for cheaper price, they are usually curbed and rattle-canned for less than $450...

Offer to buy back tires for $200 in unused condition within 2 weeks of sale stands - I have buyer for tires but no cost effective way to get tires off w/o risking damage to wheels.

< CL guy. (Confirmed I am heading your way in the morning/midday Saturday)

Upon seeing more of the pics, are those pics as they are currently? or are the JB weld fixes to the curb rash not shown? (images 3 and 5 respectively) I would be performing similar JB weld repairs wherever the lips weren't perfect, unless you have already done so.

Also, since I don't know... what is the material on the lug nut locations? I see its rusted up, but shouldn't that have been removed during the other stripping processes? I would hope to clean that up myself, since painting over them and then tightening the lugs would probably chip the paint.

Is the aluminum sandable? or would I need to do a heavy primer and then lightly sand that to improve the quality of the surface finish?

I hadn't done the JB when the pics were posted. The wheel that had the ding in the lip is now repaired and smooth all the way around the lip.

BBS wheels have steel inserts for the lugs - it is more discolored than actually "rusty", either way can be cleaned up with wire wheel, steel wool, etc. And make sure you don't paint the seat of these inserts, otherwise you can have issues with the wheels loosening up the first time you drive on them.
