I usually increase the decay delay and slightly increase the enrich, you want to prevent the initial swing to running lean right after you start the car since that starts the fueling correction oscillations. It usually happens in the <80°F range, above that I dont see any issues.

I guess the rule of thumb for the cranking tables for the ID injectors is taking 30% out and go from there. Still working with my tuner on this since it's pretty bad.

just noticed this thread, I have had this same cold start problem for two years now with maf and still with the cobb sd and all sorts of different injectors.. Im getting sick of it now Im ready to switch back to 93 pump

So your problem is cold starts with E85? Do you have TGV deletes as well? I've spent more than $1k worth of injectors in the past year and im not happy about it.
