Sorry about the faux sentimentality in the BRZ ad.

It reminded me of Bunta and Takumi a bit. All this Initial D stuff starting back up has me a bit…off.

Maybe things will get better for you BRZ folks with the turbo model?
Good commercial. I saw it before the car came out here. I totally get the Bunta and son sentiment. Nice.

So I know it sounds stupid but I picked up a brz in GT5 and was amazed by its handling in back to back comparison with the STi. A bit down on power though.

It says it requires an EcuTek calibration to start. Last I heard, to receive the EcuTek tune is several thousands of dollars.

several thousands sounds exaggerated , ft86 has time selling for about 1k, most likey a 3K system . I like this better than turbo less stuff to install haha.

Everything I'm reading states the price as $3k+. EcuTek was given exclusivity to the GT-86, so it's not surprising. It took them a while to crack into it.

That's for developers though, aka peeps that will tune make the tune right? They will I assume tune ur vehicle send u a cable to flash like what a Visconti did for ft86club buyers

I just picked my BRZ trunk liner today from Conti. They have another one in stock right now if anyone wants it. They can order more if needed.
