Why would white remind you of budget costs? My STi probably costed just as much as yours. I had the option to buy a CBS car but I didn't because they are hard to keep swirl free. Remind me to go down to atlanta one day so I can drive right in front of you and NOT move out of your way XD

Just get the STi if you want a real upgrade

In Jersey within 7 dealerships I've looked into this is the first white hatch on the lot.

I agree that it seems like 75% of the people on here went with a swp hatch. I was torn between that and PBP but couldn't bear to not get the white... It's just so purdy....

I really would have liked to but I have no need for all the extras. Don't get me wrong I would if I planned on tracking or had the excess funds. I'm just finishing up college and this is my gift to myself. While limited wrx hatch to sti hatch is only 6-7k more if i stick with the base hatch it is 10k based on my dealers figures.

Edit: I know its not much of an upgrade. I already have leather, sunroof, and heated seats now. I really don't need them again but I'm just looking at the possibility of acquiring the car now as opposed to waiting at least until March/April

Swp is nice but I'm pretty tempted to go with silver for something different. Anything other than white or silver is not an option for me personally, I'm anal about keeping my cars as scratch free as possible and anything dark just shows everything and pisses me off.

Dealer told me Subaru doesn't make them to order. They make whatever cars they want and attach orders to cars as their made. My order arrived quick because it just so happened that they had the vehicle that I wanted and my order was attached to it.
Is this true that they just build whatever and attach it to an order?

Ah you just have to learn how to properly take care of a dark car. I've owned 3 black cars and am going with PBP to switch things up a bit but after 18 years of caring for cars (12 years with black) I know what I'm doing now. Definitely more work but worth it to me.

Yeah I've owned a black, silver, and white. I think the white is just a nice color to look at day in and out. Just IMO. Why don't we ever see pictures in this thread?! I hate having to switch over to different threads to see pics. Lets see some of the cars everyone finally picks up... Or are we all waiting. Shiiiiiiierttttttt.....

My mothers car is white. My sisters last 3 cars were white, silver, white.

That is the first time I heard of that in this thread. Everyone that I've been following has been getting what they want (Delivery time excluded).

Hell yea man! I can't wait. I'm going in hopefully Tues to start the paperwork

Oh, and tonight while picking up Olive garden for the Mrs. and myself, I may or may not have stopped by the Scooby Dealership and stared at a WRX for 10 minutes. :P
